Step 1: Introduce Yourself

We are so excited to meet you and learn your story! When you fill out a Connect Card, we’ll be able to share our story with you and help you get connected with a community where you will belong just as you are. Plus, every new Connect Card results in a $5 donation to a local nonprofit organization on your behalf.  

  • Step 2: Grab Coffee with Pastor Michael

    Meet Pastor Michael! You might find Michael running around Atlanta, scouting the city for the best pizza joint, or working with vulnerable populations like the unhoused. Michael is a graduate of Vanderbilt Divinity School where he specialized in religion, gender, and sexuality. He is ordained in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and his passion for ministry centers on connecting new generations to the unconditional love of Jesus. Pastor Michael would love to meet you.

  • Step 3: Join a Story Group

    There is nothing more powerful than being part of a community which learns your name and knows your story. StoryGroups are opportunities to meet in small groups (5-10 people) with like-minded individuals across our city. They are places of friendship, reflection, and spiritual growth.

Step 4: Join us for Worship

The Collective hosts worship the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month at 5:00pm at 1410 Ponce de Leon Ave NE in Atlanta (St. John’s Lutheran Church).

We also host a community meal immediately following each service.
