  • Rev. Michael J. Schulte (he/him)

    Founding Pastor

    Pastor Michael is the Founding Pastor of the Collective. He is passionate about developing faith communities which equip and empower new generations to experience the grace and love of God. He believes that church can be different, that it can be a force for good in our world, a force for justice, equity, and radical affirmation.

  • Rev. Katie Orth (she/her)

    Pastor Katie is a native South Carolinian who lives in Flowery Branch with her husband, Brent, and their five children – Gage, Cole, Jonah, Kinsley, and Asa. Ordained in the Presbyterian Church USA, she brings more than fifteen years of experience in children and family ministries.

    When she’s not serving families, she loves reading, cheering on the Atlanta Braves, and finding new hiking trails. For Pastor Katie, there’s nothing more beautiful than watching children discover joy in remembering they are loved just as they are, and knowing they’re safe to wrestle with their own faith journey.

  • Hilary Paige Willis (she/they)

    House Band Leader

    Hilary Paige Willis is a native of Douglasville, GA, and currently resides in Atlanta with her dog, Arnold. She has been singing in church and leading worship most of her life, and is overjoyed to have joined the community at The Collective. After graduating from AMDA, a musical conservatory located in NYC, she came back to Atlanta to work in regional theatre before going abroad to sing lead vocals for show bands on Carnival Cruise Lines. There is nothing she loves more than leading others to sing and dance with joy in their hearts, and she is grateful for the opportunity to lead worship with the wonderful community at The Collective.
