Help Make Worship Happen at The Collective
It takes a village to create our shared worship experience each week. Here are the volunteer roles that make it all possible — we’d love your help!
📦 Set-Up Team (4:00–5:15 PM)
Help us get ready for worship! Set up signs, the Connections Table, and prep the Fellowship Hall for our shared meal. Be a warm welcome as folks start arriving.
🕊️ Worship Take Down (6:00–6:30 PM)
After worship, help us break down the altar, Connections Table, offering stand, and bring in the outdoor signs. Quick, easy, and deeply appreciated.
🧼 Kitchen Take Down (6:30–7:15 PM)
Stay a little later to help clean up after the meal. Wipe down tables, wash dishes, take out trash, and reset the kitchen and dining area.
📽️ Slides Operator (4:45–6:15 PM)
Sit in the balcony and help guide the flow of worship by running the slideshow. We’ll train you—no tech wizardry required!
🥗 Sides for Meals
Bring a side dish that serves 20–25 people to help feed our community. Please drop it off in the kitchen by 4:45 PM.
